it's a very interesting design; however, I'd imagine it having difficulties trying to lift a thicker box. how thick is the plexiglass box you're using?

if you go to my website (you can find the link in the video description) I have a page there where I explain and show more about the robot.
With the current setup the robot is able to lift a 3lb box, but if a stronger 540 motor is installed it can probably lift 6.5lb box.
The box in the video was made from 1/8" plexiglass.
