I am going throuh a struggle right now,:-)...but as you said i should embrace I know that the Lord knows that I will be a bodybuilder...I have been workin out at home since April, I don't have money to pay at the gym and my debt is going up every month, but I will make a way, and home workout is fun....
@Bathido Hi Bathandwa. Thanks for the comment. I couldn't have said it any better. To ultimately reach your goals, you have to take full responsibility for yourself. Don't ever expect others to help, because they won't... not in the way you want them to. Put your full trust in God, even in your darkest times... because that's when he's closest to you. Your job is to keep going no matter what - In fact, everything that happens to you is a lesson guiding you in the right direction. Stay natural!
Sorry guy but i didnt see any muscle. Y is your shirt on? I seen you gained weight and it looks like you got muscle but could just be weight. Next time take your shirt off and let us all see the results.
@triggerpuller101 It's never too late. I can't tell you how many times I've failed (or fallen, rather) in pursuit of my ultimate goal. The reason we stumble is not because we're not passionate enough or because we don't know how to achieve our goal... it's because we haven't yet made a solid commitment to structuring our life around what we want. Get past the fear, and keep going. The path is never a straight line, so expect to fall again. Let it become a part of the journey.
lmao natural? this guy is an ectomorph, look at the very last pic where you see his arms curling a barbell. Look how huge his forearm is. NO ECTOMORPH CAN GET THIS BIG WITHOUT STEROIDS
@LeonardoNasir Wow! That was one of the most stupid ignorant comments that I've come across on youtube so far: "NO ECTOMORPH CAN GET BIG WITHOUT STEROIDS." Come on bro, are you freakin kidding me?
@LeonardoNasir It's probably because he had a late growth spurt at the age of 19 and 20, giving him some natural growth without going to the gym, and plus, this was a long time period he had. Around 8 years? so it's pretty realistic.
I was 180 lbs before I started and muscle growth was really fast in comparison to when I tried when I was skinny. Its just my opinion but I think its best to pile on kilos of fat before you start so your muscles have a good supply of fat to feed from. When I was skinny there was no real gains for a long time but it might not be the case for all people, just my experience....
I love such vids so much)At summer 2008 i was 16 years old,i felt like a real weakling:couldnt pull up on a horizontal bar at least once, hardly pushed up 10 times, was lifting 15 kg weight. Now its summer 2009 i can lift 40 kgs 6 times pull up 15 times push off from the ground 50 times.I didnt use any B-build t-es,steroid or so,i didnt even visit the gym, just hard training, iron mot-ion and some boxing)Watching such vids and realising that i reached greater succes from worst"soil" makes me proud.
I'm currently out of the game with chronic fatigue and have a shoulder injury and doing physio but will prob need shoulder surgery just having to go through the UK system of healthcare so will be a long time before my shoulder is fixed and still have the chronic fatigue but you give me hope.
I used to lift heavy and be in good shape and now am skinny and ill at 22 so know how it is, thanks for such an inspiring vid which gives me hope!
Really inspiring video. Makes me relize i still have a chance at proving to myself i can be more than what i alredy am. i too have a true passion for bodylifting but where im at in life, it makes it nearly impossible for me to achieve much. But i plan on graduating school and hopefully by that time id have a job that i can use to support my passion. Great video man. Believe in yourself.
Great movie :) nice words of inspiration, nice music, just wish there were more -after- pictures showing the actual muscles to show your progress, gj man keep it up
Thanks for the comment. I've gotten quite a few similar ones... from other YouTubers as well as family members & friends. I'll be posting my 'transformation since then' really soon (as well as a whole series of bodybuilding training videos). I'll make sure to show the body in those vids.
I think I shed a tear!

Fantastic story, would of liked to see the muscle. He's happy, all that matters...or at least all that should matter to him.

This is a great story. But the picture didn't really give me any impressions on how you look or how your progress has really been.
