  • I noticed you're dropping your guard when you kick. It leaves an opening for counter attacks

  • @weerwolftje Yeah! Fortunately the bag doesn't strike back. I think it depends a bit of the situation where you should keep your hands. If you just try to get points by hiting your opponent you should propably keep your guard tight but if you try to knockout your opponent then you'll get a lot more power to your kick by doing a twisting motion with your upperbody and arms. While kicking with right foot I bring my left hand higher to protect and move my right hand away from the kick for power.

  • Heres a tip, after you do an elbow strike do second follow up one. search on youtube for this : Human Weapon Pradal Serey - Double Elbow Slash. And your welcome :)

  • if there was more people like us in the orld it would be a better place... loved the flying need by the way haha..

  • what type of fighting do you train?

  • @viking4211 MMA im guessing

  • @viking4211 As a teenager I trained Tae Kwon Do. Later I did some Boxing/Kickboxing type of training and few years ago I did a lot of Brasilian JiuJitsu and Submission wrestling. I've also trained a bit of freefighting (ultimate fighting) but I have never competed in combat sports. I just like to train them to keep fit and to improve myself.

  • @Hurjapaa83 cool. at the moment i do jiu jitsu (traditional), and sometimes i do a bit of muay thai.

thats why i asked, your style looked similar muay thai.
