Its only 7.8% of the UK which belongs to an ethnic minority, and a very small percentage are immigrants. The rest are irish, welsh, english and scottish. Its because ethnic minorities tend to stick together as a group therefore it seems although there are loads, take for example brighton its very diverse and yeah there were many africans/others but no need to be racist at all.
