He was kicked out of Escape the fate because of his drug addiction. When he was charged for committing murder, it was long after he was kicked off. He couldn't perform in jail He was also kicked out of the band because he was acting ridiculous on stage. There was a concert where he put his ex girlfriend on speaker and then put it into the microphone, and another time he ended up taking his pants off.
