no ps en si el golpe de la parte de enfrente no esta muy paratosa y pues no se desplegaron por esa lo grave gravisimo diria yo fue en la puerta trasera y parte de la del piloto ahi si pero las bolsas de aire no se despliegan mas que por la parte frontal no tiene sensores en otras partes y si ubiera tenido air bag latral seguro que si se despliegan

obviously your car doesnt have crash senors in the back or side airbags so why would they go off?

The frontal crash wasn't bad enough to deploy front airbags only the pretensioners' needed to be used to restraint the passengers!

wn yo tambien tengo un optra y tambien lo choke por q en el piso la wea habia aceite x q un camion se volco y la derramo la wea esta en q frente a impacto laterales los airbags no se activan eceptosi el vehiculo tubieran airbag laterales

por eso y el optra no tiene a si q no se urjan

y esa wea la deerian saber

The airbags has sensors in the front section of the car. Obviously if you look at the car the front section was not damaged to the extent that the airbags needs to be deployed. Hence the result.

yo tengo un optra 1.8 y la verdad no creo que tuviese que activarse el airbag toda vez que el accidente fue por el costado izquierdo del piloto.... en ese sentido la fuerza se recibe por la izquierda y el destrozo de la parte delantera es consecuencia del choque lateral... razón por la cual los airbag delanteros no se activaron.....................­...........
