  • So confused with this match 😳 all over the place

  • Awesome match from TNA....Oh wait this is WCW, eh whats the difference lol

  • this is the worst wcw, take that back, worst ever wrestling ppv of all time, god wcw 2000 was a lot worse than tna 2011

  • complete botchfest of a match

  • I remember watching this match during this event and I couldn't stop laughing at all the fake Stings coming out. It was WCW/Russo trying their hardest to shake things up and trying to be innovative. It was a fail, but at least Russo did attempt to make new stars before WCW went out of business.

  • @bishop27c nobody told Russo that the multiple Stings worked good in 1997 not 2000.

  • Fake Sting resembles Ken Anderson (Mr. Anderson/Kennedy)

  • @krazygreen you should watch tna impact wrestling tomorrow night

  • AOL dint want the wcw because the wcw completly sucked and didn´´t made any money those days what so ever.

they didn´´t made money because russo fucked the whle company in within 1 year up!!!!

SO YES it is the fault of RUSSO

  • sting vs jarrett & fo stings

  • 'Can you DQ a guy for beating himself up?" Wow Mark.....

  • Chris Harris was playing sting right ?

  • this match is a perfect example of vince russo overthinking

  • Is this going to happen in TNA's next ppv.

  • @Musiclover19: Why are you bringing up TNA on a WCW video? It's your right yeah, but still...

  • @jenningsslayer314 I think it's pretty easy to see why I bought up TNA on a WCW video. Because it's hard to tell the difference between 1999-2001 WCW and TNA, they're both awful shows with storylines that make zero sense.

Not to sound mean here but....DUH.

  • @Musiclover19: I get THAT, but still, if you don't or didn't like WCW, why watch a video about it?

Not to sound mean or assholeish, but...DUH.

  • @jenningsslayer314 Casue 1) I live in America and 2) cause I have access to the interent, which allows me watch any video on youtube and make whatever type of comment I want. Truthfully, I've never seen this match before and when I heard about it, I wanted to check it out. So are you happy with that?

  • no he wasn't in the best shape of his life here, tony is wrong. Sting IS my all time fav and i love him but h wasn't anywhere near the shape here, he was in the early or even mid 90's.

  • jarrett was a really capable workers guys cmon - its the fact he was booked as the top guy that made him sickening - he did a good job though with what he had

  • I've always loved this match. All the conservative moron wrestling fans hate it :D Great build, great story, great match.

  • "IT'S THE WOLFPAC STING!!" what the fuck?

  • TNA!! TNA!! TNA!! oh wait a minute this is the WCW...damn it's hard to tell the difference....they both SUCK!

  • This is the first time i've seen this. What the fuck was up with the fake Sting's? Crappy writing.

  • This match was one of the most entertaining clusterf---s of all time! I saw it live =)

  • Is it just me or does the "Sting" at 5:50 dressed kinda like Bret Hart?

  • all time favorite match

  • Also forgot to mention, it was the last WCW PPV for both Sting and Vampiro who both feuded with each other during the Spring and Summer that year, which was probably WCW 2000's only good storyline.

  • From this time up to WCW Greed (WCW's last PPV) were never released on video. I remember when my mom ordered the last Halloween Havoc, should of taped it if I known it was going to be the last one since it was my favorite WCW PPV.

  • I never understood why Jarrett was pushed so much in WCW, I saw an interview where somebody said Jarrett couldn't draw flies if he was covered in shit.

  • @michaelbook18 Yeah i agree that Jarrett shouldn't have been pushed the way he was. I never saw him as World champion material. I believe it had something to do with Vince Russo feeling bad about Owen Hart's death so he pushed Jarrett cause he and Owen were good friends.

  • WCW was so cheap by the year 2000 that they used the same stage set up for Nitro's and PPV's.

  • @aaaaaagg2a and thunder's

  • jarret was a wimp when entered the ring

  • alot of the main events in 2000 for wcw were weird. i didnt like alot of them. they always had one superstar against a mid carder or two mid card guys going one on one.

  • it's funny how every ppv set in 2000 looks exactly alike

  • lol. i think it's cause wcw was losing money at this time so could only afford one set

  • @kazuya101 lol it's hilarious

  • Is the Sting in Pink Eric Young??

  • just found out that the fake sting is now known by tna fans Wildcat Chris Harris

  • ok well no one will ever beat Taker's entrances... but it was awesome when Sting got Seek and Destroy as his entrance music... i was head banging every time he came out!

  • old sting=ChrisHarris

  • do any one have the whole halloween havoc 2000 ppv?

  • I can't believ I was at this PPV. The MGM was about 1/3 full, I got to sit wherever I wanted. I was at the next one, mAYHEm I believe, in Milwaukee, and Booker got booed out of the building, but JJ was cheered cuz he was wrestling buff bagwell.

  • @sethpac i was there too. i was 7. me and my dad at 0:40, tall dude without cowboy hat.

  • @brittonlinge Haha!!! Mike Sanders called you guys "Las Vegas Trailer Trash"

  • Sting entrance is the best in wrestling EVER ! , Takers i so boring especially compared to the Stinger

  • 1989 sting!!!!!!!!!

  • i was a loyal wcw fan clear up until the final episode of nitro, seeing vince on at the beginning was a real shock

  • he enjoyed it...

  • thanks russo fuck you

  • lol Jarrett at 1:04= " The fuc*in' chosen one"

  • oh yeah.... lol love it

  • i like this match although maybe more wrestling and less stings. Also sting should have won.

  • ONE of those Stings is Chris Harris...not sure which one, but one of them is!

  • Chris Harris is the nWo Wolfpac Sting.

  • Ah, thank you.

  • WCW at its incomprehensible worst (best)?

  • jarret and the two of the best wrestlers

  • green sting epic failed.Tony Schiavone is such a dork for acting surprised about the old stings appearing but being capable of naming when he wore those attires some 10 years ago, obvious? hmmmm??

  • hey I could do the same thing...and he was there when it all happend so whats the deal?

  • will the real sting please stand up!

  • WCW died, because they could never get anything going after the NWO angle. They had some talent, but they just didn't use it, hell they tried New blood shit. Also this is one of the last PPVs WCW had with a somewhat pop.

  • you 2 people dont know shit...peroid...if you knew what wcw had for trouble with time warner...not even vince himself could book them out of their misery

  • damn it RUSSO! Always getting a hard on for wcw...

  • is it just me or does jeff jerretts song sound like "cowboy" by kid rock

  • Your right it does sound like "cowboy" by Kid Rock

  • that's exactly it what it's meant to be... listen to Raven's old WCW music, it sounds like Even Flow by Pearl Jam... listen to DDP's old WCW music, it sounds like Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana. WCW used to do that a lot... hell Sting is using Metallica's Seek and Destroy in this match.

  • and Vince Russo using Black Sabbath's "Ironman".

    it was badass.

  • i think raven's theme in '97 was Cobain's 'Come as you are'.. WCW lost because Turner didn't want blood in it and had this standards and practices commission, i think. wcw couldn't go as far as wwe did, though they really started what becane attitude thing, imho, when they created NWo and made Hogal heel. a surprisingly good match at twilight of once great promotion.. i never fully saw it before, thanx to whoever posted it. and personally i Do like the fake Stings popping out :)

  • WcW failed because Time Warner (owner) merged with AOL, and WcW was loosing money over the next 2 years since the merger, so AOL Time Warner as a company decided they didn't want the money-loosing WcW, Jamie Kellner (AOL Time Warner suit) axed WcW from it's TV slots on TNT and TBS, therefore axing Bischoff's attempt to purchase the company. Here's to a new era in sports-entertainment with WWE/TNA.

  • WCW died because they never knew when a good angle had run it's course and become played out.

  • Interesting booking, I just wish they had more time to wrestle. THese 2 can have good drag down, beat down matches.

    btw, stevie ray on commentary=awesomeness.

  • chris harris was supposed to be one of these guys too.

  • he played nwo sting

  • There is only 1 true STING

  • This feud could have been better than the one in TNA but WCW fucked it all up

  • I believe the green sting was Cena and the second was alex wright

  • bullshit cena was not in wcw NEVER

  • thats why wcw lost its charm.

they made sting lose to stupid freaks like jarrets, steiner

  • Their were 6 Stings to the best of my Knowledge

  • WCW died because AOL Time Warner didn't want wrestling on their networks. Vince Russo, Eric Bischoff, Ted Turner, and Kevin Nash were not to blame. Eric Bischoff brought in a company called Fusion Media and they would paid ten times more then WWE paid for it and I don't think WWE would have bought the company if Jamie Kellner the guy running the TBS & TNT said "Okay, re launched Thunder & Nitro." So if you want to blame someone for the industry not being as hot anymore. Blame AOL.

  • @sweetguy9002 did you watch rise and fall nash booking and bishoff and russo where to blaim plus aol

  • @saulski90 rise and fall sucked ass man. they didn't even talk about sting they just talked about superstars who came to wwe so hush

  • @sweetguy9002 I do agree with what your sayin, but all of them Hogan, Nash, Russo Bischoff, also deserve as much of the blame. Part of what they said in the "Rise and Fall" DVD is true, at the end of the day AOL Time Warner didn't want something that was losing them money. I agree Russo alone didnt kill WCW, it was a combination of alot of things

  • lol @ the fake stings

  • man, how many times did wcw do the bogus sting angle

  • yep

  • the guy that was posing as sting is chris harris from tna

  • For real

  • I miss Jeff Jarrett.

  • wcw 4life

  • i always wanted to c this match!

  • The only thing this match was missing was a classic "What the hell is going on out here!" from Dusty Rhodes.

  • all the stings at the end of halloween havoc 97 never made any sense to me either

  • lmfao: Can you DQ a guy for beating himself up? I forgot who the hell that was commentating

  • I believe it's Schiavone, Madden and Stevie Ray.

  • wrestlecrap 101

  • how many stings man?

  • i swear russo had been shown the door by this point, didn't he get shown the door around late september?

  • no he wasent u dumb fuck lol

  • Yes he was. Vince Russo started writing for the WCW, Vince Russo ultimately killed it.

  • he quit b4 it went out of buisnes and he wasent the reason y its dead there alot ALOT more reasons

  • Jarrett's WCW theme song took certain riffs and sounds from "Cowboy" by Kid Rock incase you all don't know. And yeah, the bit with all of those fake Stings was retarded as hell, Russo hard at work at fucking this match up I see.

  • yet another attempt to pump some life into the deceased wright

  • man i wish you had the bit where it started off like: "Halloween is the time for mystery, (Jarret dressed as Sting)"remember me? I'm the guy with no heart" but the chosen one has gone too far (Sting)"I'm gonna hurt somebody!" i have the whole thing on VHS the match I mean

  • sting vs stings

  • Sting Vs. Slapnuts Jeff Jarrett lol... Cool ^.^d

  • who knew they would fight 6 years later

  • ONE OF THE STINGS WAS CHRIS HARRIS.

  • WTF was with those imposter Stings?

  • why wcw made double j a champion is beyond me he was a jobber for years in the wwe didn't he get beat by chuyna in his last match on a wwe ppv jeff sucks ass.

  • no he's always been more of a booker why he was kinda jobber but he was way over as a heel one of the best heels ever. Kinda of like a JBL came outta nowhere but really good charisma.

  • i was wondering, who really are those fake stings?

  • the second sting wit the jacket is alex wright

  • STING is the best wrestler!

  • thanks for the person who post this video cause this will be i the third main event i saw from this event.

  • THNX =) DUD3 J3FF JARR3TT SUXS ASS!

  • do u hear the idiot announcer who thinks Jeff Jarrett is actually better than Sting this dude couldnt even carry Sting's bags......
