You are an inspiration. I am a former bodybuilder who has survived seminoma cancer in 2004-5. I have a lot of muscle mass left but some fat in my mid section. Any recommendations for abdomenal excercises? What happend to your shoulder If I may ask sir.

I purchased "Science of Sports Training" last year and along with works by Bompa and Zatsiorsky, I am at last making progress with my training (and - perhaps more imporantly - understanding what I need to change when I do not make progress)
