  • WOW i totally can relate to you! I've gained 50 lbs in a year and I'm so ashamed to go out in public. My neighbors, friends, family would look sad and say hey you're getting fat or gaining weight or what's happening to you? I've always been a skinny to just right but never big like this! I also get massive brain farts now and can't seem to think straight and have my share of breakdowns as well with how things have been going in my life. Thank you for posting this vid. I don't feel so alone now.

  • same situation happened to me a few months back before finishing uni as well, and was later diagnosed to be bipolar ): it was there all along, but i think uni really did made it worse, at least for my case.

  • This happened to me when I first graduated uni too. I gained about 25 lbs in 6 months. I've lost the weight since though. The sudden weight gain is easier to lose than the graduate weight gain for me I think. I hope it's the same for you and best of luck! Ps you still look beautiful!

  • i've been going through the same thing; i graduated from uni in june, and have been steadily gaining weight ever since, as all i've been doing is pretty much eating and sleeping. i've been avoiding going out and meeting people, because i didn't want anybody to notice the changes - and this meant more staying home, more eating, less moving, hence more weight gain. i guess the best way to break out of this vicious cycle is to just take a plunge - go out, face your fears, and start movin'. :)

  • I think you're so brave for posting a video like this. I totallly feel you about the stress-eating--I'm graduating this year and every week so far has been crazy-stressful.

    I really want to know.. What's life like after graduating? Are you working, applying for further education, do you have your own apt, do you still see your old college friends? Every year of our lives since kindergarten has been spent in school surrounded by peers, so I can't imagine what being cut off from that is like..

  • do it! walk across the street and go to the gym. even if you dont make it inside and walk back home, atleast you did the walk. it takes time but it will be worth it for your health. one day at a time :)

  • I want to lose more weight, so i m with you. But please do it healthy. Only this helps in long term. Dont hide yourself, go out alot. It will keep you busy from thinking of food. Everything i said before is not only a diet. Its on long term very healthy. You take good oil/fat from nuts, enough vitamins and proteins. If you feel like to eat chocolate, eat dark one (but dont overdo, once a week). i wish you good luck!

  • dont forget. you need at least 160 carbohydrate and looooots of protein to lose weight. otherwise you wont be able to concentrate due lack of energy and you wont lose weight if you hunger yourself to death (eat 1 500kcal)! dont get scared if you gain weight even tho you do lots of sport in the first weeks, its all muscles and muscles weight more than fat.

  • o.o i did lots of diets and lost 30lbs successfull. ate in the morning cornflakes with low-fat-milk and fruits for energy in the morning. 75g rice and 100gr chicken and so much vegetables as you want in the evening. as dinner only vegetables, 30gr nuts (any kind) and chicken again. You can variate between chicken, fish and tofu. Only if you take proteins you can burn fat. If you get hungry inbetween then eat watermelon or cucumber. drink 2-3l per day. 30min sport, 3 times a week.

  • You are gorgeous no matter what. I'v been trying to lose wight and i haven't lose a single kilo for 5 years. Even though i walk a lot everyday and don't eat that much. But i'm confidence with my self, and i wear anything i like and do whatever i want. You should do the same and stop caring about what people think. I've been eating more and more, I don't know what it is -__- At first I thought it was stress because of trying to graduate, but even after I graduated I don't feel relieved at all. I feel ugly all the time and I'm never satisfied with how I look :( I hate everything about myself besides weight too, like my hair, skin, etc. I cant even bring myself to the gym.
