Tony "Slobber Slimba (Sabba Simba)" in action against Ventura. It is worth noting that Ventura starred with Arnold Swartseneggar in The predator and both later became Govenors.

I saw Atlas and Ventura go at it twice back in 1982 in Pittsburgh, PA, Ventura won by count out the first time, and their rematch which was in a cage, was won by Atlas.

yeah, I think they took the cage match around the horn. It just so happened that PRISM aired the Philly one. I REALLY want to see some of the matches between Putski and Ventura after their arm wrestling match--but never have.

"blow-off" in the wrestling business means the "grand finale match" where there is a clear victor and the feud ends or moves on. For example: The Big John Studd vs. Andre match at WM1 where Studd gets slammed was a "blow-off" match. That was the culmination of their feud. Sometimes they blow-off matches ENDED a feud.

If you check out my subscriptions you can find Adoable Adrian and see Ivan against Jesse if you haven't seen it by now. Trust me, it's nothing compared to the stuff you have between Jesse & Atlas. Putski was a great persona, but he was not the in ring talent that Atlas was.
