I think the term "boat anchor" describing the motor at 1:36 is a little harsh. I've been in a Delorean and while they may not the fastest car around they do have some pep to them. People expected too much out of them, due to the design, high price tag, and Delorean's history at Pontiac. Delorean's are good cars as long as you drive them and maintain them properly.

yeah and a comment about the doors: only the first few hundred DMC-12's to come to the states had that problem. later, torsion bars were redone and improved, as were the gas struts. those doors are fun to open and close!
