@Kaisune65 those two sound clips are just voice samples. There's a ton of songs that use the countdown ones. Also, the part where the guy says "Somebody..." is from a voice sample that says "SOMEBODY SCREEEEAAAAM". In this song, it's edited so that only the Somebody part is there. The part after that is someone else who modified their voice to sound like that sample.
