The chipotle pineapple syrup sounds very interesting! Now tell me some Gin or Vodka wouldn't be good in this too? I mean ... no espresso so you gotta kick it up some how!!
@winelover215 Between you & me, I agree! But Gail thought I was talking about boozin' it up too much (even though that's how I roll!) :D I think vodka might be better since gin has that herby (?) flavor to it. The chipotle pineapple syrup is just spicy/sweet -- really wish they had incorporated the smokey flavor inherent to chipotle, but no dice. So it's really just jalapeno pineapple ;) - Kat
