One of the cons for adding music during a fight scene is no fighting sound effects. The sounds of swords clashing, shields blocking, arrows whizzing, and soldiers screaming are all part of the fun. I like to use music for the intro or when soldiers are traveling a long monotanous distance. You can always add music if you have no sound effects and you just want to take the easy route. Hmm...I like easy....

@JERRYR708 I have 2 sound effect "draws" that allow me to have two different sounds going on at one time,

so I can have battle music and fighting sounds.

@WarriorOfToys I saw Peaknuckle Studios software at Best Buy. It was well over 100 dollars..:-(

I wouldn't mind having low volume background sound for things going on in the back and high volume foreground sound for things happening up close to the camera.

@WarriorOfToys I was going to get Sony Vegas, but after looking at all the bad reviews...I changed my mind. Looks like it is WMM for a while. If I keep the videos to 2-3 min, I should be alright.

@JERRYR708 I use windows movie maker too. There is a way to play multiple sounds at once. Simply publish the video with just the music or just the sound effects, and than start a new project and import the first video. This should allow you to put another sound on top of the video audio. Check out any one of my videos to see this tip in action. Good video by the way!

Great video! The only thing I would have added would be epic music with the fighting, it brings a whole new dimension to your movie and it cleans up the sound effects.

I like the friendship bonding at 4:45 and when Richard puts his helmet on at 5:05.

I really like these small details which may seem insignificant, but they really add a lot to a video. They help the viewers bond with the characters.

Yep, he is! =) This is based when Richard the Lion Heart went on his Crusade. Since Saladin was the Muslim leader of the time I made a custom Saladin figure.

I can easily tell who is doing the talking.

1) They raise their arm up in the air just before talking.

2) The guy doing the talking moves more than the other guys.

3) The camera is usually on the guy talking.

4)The guy running to approach another guy usually is the guy talking to give urgent information.

You can read the body language of the Playmobil created by the producer. If you follow the story, you can tell easily even if only one voice is used for all characters.

I tried using a different voice for them... but I was still recovering from a cold when I made the voices for these guys, so it might have not been to obvious.

Your videos are more than 1000% better, more like 10,000% percent better. The only problem this video has is NONE!!

It was great! I gave it 5/5 your stop motion is more then 200% like 1,000% better then your first movies. The ONLY problem was it was hard to keep track of who was talking. So maybe you could get your friends or anyone, but that doesnt do a whole lot ot how good it was. Oh one more, on the parts they are yelling eaither crank up the volume for them or make it a little louder. Like when he was yelling no at the end it sounded like he was talking, but still amazing!! Cant wait for the next one!!!!

I will work on that. I didnt want the sound to be too loud when they were yelling, so I moved back from the sound recorder and yelled alittle bit to the side of it, instead of at it. You still get the sence of yelling, without blasting out your ear drums.
