Actually the reason they sell the most is because they're the cheapest, and ford sells them to the government in large batches at a discounted price. THAT'S why they sell the most, and just because you sell the most, doesn't make it the best.
We took it way back into the desert, and some of the roads started to get really rough. Last "bump" we tried to drive over it bottomed out good dead center... Lucky it didn't get stuck there.

I liked the exhaust a lot on cold starts. Really deep v8 tone... I didn't do a top speed run in it. Not sure why... I think the fastest I went was about 90MPH. YouTube is the only good site I've found for posting videos. Didn't look around all that much though... Youtube doesn't suck, but some of the people here sure do. Is that what you were referring to?
Bought one. Love it. You treated it very kindly compared to the roads mine eats up when off-roading up in the Mogollon Rim
