I was routing for Serra to win but GSP had him from the beginning by taking it to the ground. I just can't beleive that serra's ground game was not as strong as GSP's.. I would say the 2nd match is about a 50/50 split when it comes to top level fighters. Chuck and Sylvia both won the 2nd match. It got me thinking more about the trilogy's. I can't think of a single trilogy where the guy that won the first and lost the second won the third. (chuck vs randy, GSP vs Hughes, Sylvia vs Arlovski) I think that is more of a tell tale stat.

Good points. However, I think Serra is best suited for 170, his build and body style is suited for that weight class. Hes a compact 170 but just as big as those guys.

I also dont think Greg jacksons camp is going to help GSP much because Serra at this point is an enigma, they don't really know exactly what to expect.

I also think there is a strong possibility that Serra is being GREATLY overlooked. Serra, now focused could be as dangerous and as well rounded as anyone.
