But with over speed, one of the aileron entered in flutter, then the whole model also (we can see the stabilazor and the rudder totally distorted). When the aileron goes, the pilot reduced engine, and the model came back on floor.
This is not a flutter but camera oscillation. With flycam and similar toys you can make everything flutter, for example nearby village or mountain (but it's more visible on thin objects hence the illusion).

at 0:43 the rudder is bent by 30 degrees. now go and twist it by hand by 30deg. if it will not break, the video shows the flutter.

freeze frame at ten seconds, then there after.....at 38 to 40 seconds. UFO spotted in your film. Excellent still image.
