I ripped the music once before, I found an image of the actual arcade HD. I uncompressed it because it was in a compression format and opened it up in Adobe Audition as a RAW format at 192000Hz sampling rate. Then I put it out on the internet and it had all the sound effects and music. A few months later I lost the data and I could never find another image of the arcade HD. But maybe this poster got it from the DC version, but if you ever find a Rush 2049 complete soundtrack, it is much clearer.
You need to find the utility by MAME to uncompress the CHD file to its RAW file system image. It will be several gigs large, but after it is uncompressed you will wont be able to see it as a regular disk image because according the developers of the game, it uses a Midway based file system that I believe has no documentation. But! If you have Adobe Audition, you would be able to open it as one big audio clip and find the music and SoundFX, you will need to adjust the time but its there.
I want to buy a cabinet for this game!
Or atleast find an HDD.
Could I hook it up to a computer? :o
