You won't make a million dollars but I got a buddy of mine that dresses up in 80s hair metal shit (spandex and shit) and will go do Poison and Cinderella songs and shit like that at Karaoke bars. Quality doesn't win most Karaoke contests... it's the crowd reaction when they vote. And the crowd loves a good performance better than a good singer. So anyway, my buddy doesnt make a ton of money but he gets free drinks a ton and sometimes wins a competition.
