most every special stab, be it face, stair, flying, butthole, mitt rommeny or whatever, involves faking behind someone and stabbing. the only thing that makes it special is that u move out of the victims field of vision and get the stab before the victim realizes where you've gone. if you hear of any special stabs, assume it involves this somehow.

Understab. Reverse stair stabs are when you're running up the stairs and instead of turning around for a normal stair stab, you simply jump, while still facing forward, strafe backwards and land on top of them for a backstab. Hence, Reverse.

Nope. A real reverse stair stab is when you stab a spy that's trying to stair stab u by going foward and hitting him in the back before he turns or going backwards by stepping slightly behind where he going to land and stab him that way.
