When they allow games (disk games) to be purchased through the Marketplace that will be a dream come true. It is very unlikely that would happen anytime soon though, considering the fact that they sell through game stores such as Gamestop. We can dream though lol.

I can answer your first question is a short no. For XBLA you need Microsoft points which can be obtained through store retailers and credit cards. Each game is on average worth 800 points but i have seen 400 and 1200. Your second question i actually don't get lol
