The B2 flew a mission and got shot down in a area whereby it was supposed to be still fairly stealthy and they dont like to fly them in missions anymore. So i would say that the B2 is a bit better other than thats really more to do with how crap the F-22 is witch still cannot complete training sorties without rotating 40 planes for a 20 pilot squad. Ridicus.

The 229 had too many flaws for this category. The Northrop N-1M, "flying wing" had a first flight in 1941. 4 years before the 229. The N-1M used prop engines instead of jet propulsion. Jack Northrop was designing "flying wing" planes as early as 1928. Look it up. So the B-2 design was NOT "stolen" from the Germans.
