  • Oh and btw, I wouldn't recommend doing those deadlifts, atleast not with any higher weight, because your joints are going to be wrecked and you wont be able to perform a deadlift anymore. Thus it would be advised to actually ask someone who knows how to perform a proper deadlift to show you how to do it. Not only for yourselves, but also for the people watching your movies, it's very stupid to teach them the wrong technique, atleast when it's damaging to your own body.

  • Completed it today. Took me 1 Year of hard core training to actually finish it. It's a great feeling when you complete it.

  • @ThePremize I normally throw this in once a week...either break my weekly routine up with this in the middle or wrap up with it on Saturday...It's a good work out. Shoot for the best time you can reach as well. I finish on average in about 20:30. Best was 18:15
