Oh and btw, I wouldn't recommend doing those deadlifts, atleast not with any higher weight, because your joints are going to be wrecked and you wont be able to perform a deadlift anymore. Thus it would be advised to actually ask someone who knows how to perform a proper deadlift to show you how to do it. Not only for yourselves, but also for the people watching your movies, it's very stupid to teach them the wrong technique, atleast when it's damaging to your own body.
