You'd have to use your "way-back machine". For security reasons, LAX and other U.S. airports have not allow non-passengers past security for many years now.
How do you get through security at Lax when you are not a Passanger? This Security sucks it should just allow non passangers to go through security . Aerochannel answer me?
Now that's just discouraging Katie. Why can't airports in US be more considerate of the smokers just like in EU. I mean, is it really that hard or very costly to have designated smoking area inside international terminals? After a nice meal at Wolfgang Puck I very much like to enjoy a sigarette before my 11 hour flght to LHT, I Prefer Virgin Atlantic over Brithish Airways. But I keep flying with British Air just because after a nice meal at daily grill Im able to go out of Tom Bradley Terminal.

The video states that the terminal was built in 1962, but that's not entirely accurate. The original Terminal 2 was indeed built in the late '50s/early '60s and was in the same style as Terminals 3-7, namely a large oval, accessed via an underground passageway. But in the early '80s, in preparation for the 1984 Olympics, the original Terminal 2 was demolished and replaced with the structure seen here.
No free Wi-Fi at Terminal 2, except in the Air Canada and Hawaiian Airlines lounges. At LAX, the airline lounges are the only places with free Wi-Fi. Boingo's pay Wi-Fi service is available in all the terminals.
Thanks for making this video! I love how everything was explained clearly and Im flying to London from terminal 2 next month so can't wait to see the inside of it.
I've flown out of Terminal 2 to LHR a couple of times on Virgin Atlantic, Air France (before they stopped their LHR-LAX service, and NWA via Minneapolis. Its the only terminal I've ever used at LAX so i cant compare it to the others but its nice and easy to get from curbside to the furthest gate (not far at all!!!). Its hardly ever crowded either and has an okay view of taxing and landing/take-off aircraft. Hope u have a great trip
Interesting video
