  • The "underlying social problems" as the one woman stated is the consequence of England embracing "mulitculturalism", overtolerance, overaccomodation, and Socialism. What Starkey was referring to was the problem of rebellious "white" youths adopting the gangsta-ghetto-hip-hop culture that is BASED in crime and violence. Until I saw the hilarious film, "Ali G Indahouse", I thought the popularity of ghetto-rat culture was mainly an American problem.
