I know this is way late but the longtube headers are not worth the hassle! I recommend shortys. I just got finished dropping my tranny to upgrade to a tko( I really blew the disposable T5 and fortunately a tko fell in my lap) and those damn headers are always in the way. change your clutch if you change your tranny, ohh and the passenger side header gasket, for me it was a nightmare. I know theres always a better and faster way to approach but if you dont want the hasslemy opinion get shortys.

Hope you still got this car. Their starting to become more rare. Few years ago I saw them all the time, but now I haven't seen one Fox mustang around town. Their all gone. I hope to find one in half way decent shape. Alot of them end up with kids driving them and get wrapped around a tree.

a couple websites sell tinted covers for the LX tails. Not like those shitty GTO stick on covers, but actual covers where you remove the old ones and stick these on. Late model restoration has them I know for sure.

thanks, im still working on her, believe it or not . the tranny went out, I got my H Pipe caught on a railroad track, and the oil presure gauge hose started spraying out oil. all within 1 month. fix one thing something else goes out. BUT I LOVE IT.
