this one is particularly tricky but you have to get everything but prosperity. Get as many grand/large insulae as possible, then if everything else is met, start importing wine in may/june. This will artificially boost prosperity as many insulae become villas, and hopefully you can get prosperity above 50 at years end. Tough challenge, i found the next few to be easier actually.
this game is easy if u just give it a little time and btw if u want your tents to become houses right click the tent or house ( if u want to upgrade your house) then see requirements
I remember this one, took me a little while to do it. I started on the small Islands, then I ahd towers as close to the natives area from my island and got them to shoot the wolves, once the wolves were done then I started over there as well as worked my way around on the other side of the map, on the bottom left I had a warehouse importing food there to feed that side and I had farms in the middle and top left to feed the rest, took me ages and the prosperity and pop kept going up and down.
I cannot get my prosperity to raise because they have no food from the markets. I have like 20 farms now and i have no idea where it is going for them to say they have no food. I need so much help with this
This map took considerably little time for me to complete, but then again I understand the game mechanics a bit too well(Childhood addiction).
I do understand your frustration, since once you really complete a city in Caesar 3 and it doesn't work, there usually is little else to do than tear up everything from some area. Keep trying :)

@Krais3r set your granaries to 'getting food' and make sure they're not too far from the housing.

I was stuck on this map 2-3 friggin days so I deleted the game for now.
Like u, I'm at 4500 and it's crazy.
Exacly in C3, when it's something wrong, you just have to start over. :/

Killed them?
I killed wolves with army but not savages.
When I try to live with them they randomly start collapsing my town after some time.
