yes becuase the import cost are very high here... some times more than the produc... is better if u have some body on the states that can bring it to u.
I just got mine kit yesterday from SparkHID DoTCoM, install it today, man what a big difference. LOVE THEM, WILL EVER GO BACK TO HALOGEN BULBS. Nice, Bright and clear. can see all the pot holes and speed bumps ect.... GOOD vision sparkhid dotcom

not sure, i've never seen luminis but you should just add some more money and go with the hid kit before they ban them!

yes but the problem is that here in south america the hid kid cost arround 500$ a good one and the 7000k nokya like 35$

get hids on ebay for 60 bucks fuck bulbs there horrible and if you are getting bulbs buy the lumincs brand they light up bright better than nokya
