It then examined the plume for water content. You see all those big craters? Objects much bigger and moving much faster than a tiny little probe hit the moon. But you have to take in the distance. The cameras on the moon landings were..well, ON THE MOON! Even with the best telescopes in the world, it is very difficult to get a beautiful crystal clear image on video, since the method which telescopes use can often not be turned into video due to the fact its very difficult to convert into standard code (unless you want 40 second, 500 terrabyte video that is)

A mushroom cloud is caused by a a violent and fast interaction of hot and cold within the earths atmosphere, in relative quality to the tempreture in the blast zone, and the particles which make up the cloud. Space, and the moon, is really, really cold. When the explosion went off, there was no atmosphere for the heat to rise in, and dissipate, since its the MOON!

The point of colliding a massive object into the moon is to kick up a massive quantity (1 million kg) of 'dust'. It was impossible to do that in Apollo with 2 men. With the dust floating around for a short period of time, the other spacecraft can scan the dust for water by analyzing the light that was reflected off from the dust. But you have to take in the distance. The cameras on the moon landings were..well, ON THE MOON! Even with the best telescopes in the world, it is very difficult to get a beautiful crystal clear image on video, since the method which telescopes use can often not be turned into video due to the fact its very difficult to convert into standard code (unless you want 40 second, 500 terrabyte video that is)

Only idiot physicists came up with the idea of mushroom clouds (shows how good nasa is). A mushroom cloud is caused by a a violent and fast interaction of hot and cold within the earths atmosphere, in relative quality to the tempreture in the blast zone, and the particles which make up the cloud. Space, and the moon, is really, really cold. When the explosion went off, there was no atmosphere for the heat to rise in, and dissipate, since its the MOON!

@jayjaykewl727 The reason is that nobody can land on the moon. The 1960's was ahoax and a lie. Any object entering the moon's atmosphere will crash and burn.

no stars.... if you go to any area basking in light in the darkness of night. most stars in the sky are so dim compared to the natural skyline. they where on the moon the moon was reflecting unfiltered light bright light that light blocked out the starlight you dont believe me go out side and look for yourself. or the next time your at a night nascar race look up.

The point of colliding a massive object into the moon is to kick up a massive quantity (1 million kg) of 'dust'. It was impossible to do that in Apollo with 2 men. With the dust floating around for a short period of time, the other spacecraft can scan the dust for water by analyzing the light that was reflected off from the dust. Google spectroscopy, and you'll understand. Did I answer your question?
