07 vaxhaul astra, nothing special but i'm 21 and at uni so insurance is an issue.

Uncle as a DB9 and dad is getting a CL 65 AMG so would love a car like that in the future. Who knows, if I work hard enough I may get one.

Don't get me wrong, the AMV8 is an ace car, just making a point of if having dropped so much in price. can get a 07 plate for 40k now i think.

Yeah, they have taken a good hit, as have virtually all cars in this economy. I live in Los Angeles and there are terrific "deals" to be had on pretty much all high end cars. Mercs, Ferraris, Porsche and of course, Astons. I even saw an '09 Gallardo the other day that had a $45,000.00 knock on the sticker from 6 months ago. Wild. Sounds like you've been exposed to some nice machinery. Great motivation! Good luck to you. I'm sure you'll achieve your automotive dream.
