You must notice the color of the vehicles. If that stuff is going to the middle east it should have a sand-like color because of the desertic enviroment. The green/dark camo suggest that the destination of this war gear should be more like woods/mountain enviroment. I may suggest China or some Russian region, but its only a guessing.
