Did You use Fog In This Video??? I Just Bought This System To Add To My Large Light System. I Am Curious If Fog Would Be Better With Them, Or If Without Fog Would Be Okay As Well. Im DJing My High School's Winter dance This Friday December 16th. Gonna use these lights along with My Large Sound And Mixing System. I Am Debating Fog because The School Asked To Keep Fog To A Minimum Or NOT Use It At All. Thanks for Posting The Video! You Do Great With Videos! :)
Would you reccomend This System To A DJ trying To Cheaply Update His Light System To LEDs? Im trying to find a way to update my system as cheap as can be, but have some pretty impressive lights. Nice Vid By the way. :)
Ok, we know what they look like when you are looking right into them. Nice blurry pictures. How about something of value like another view of the pattern they put on the floor. Beams are nice but just about everything makes beams. Focus the camera, then show several different views. What you posted tells pretty much nothing.
@MrFed911 To each his own, this is exactly the view I want to see. Maybe showing both to suit more applications would be good, but for my application, seeing how the lights themselves look, and how the beams look in haze, tightness of beams, etc, that's what I need to know, a floor pattern doesn't mean a thing to me, so rather than bashing his post, just add what you'd like to see. This is definitely of value and use.
@cannonbaIIJames You posted this just for your eyes only. How thoughtful! BUT just maybe there are other people out there who give a damn about more than out of focus beam coming at them. Useless. Nothing unique about beams. Show them, (in focus) but THEN get down to the floor and show the great show of patterns these lights put on. I know because I own them. OH that's right. The floor pattern doesn't mean a thing to you. Well then learn about lighting. It's more than beams. It's BOTH. FOCUS!
@becky645 OK, someone needs some to chill out... I commented that this vid was helpful to me, so your initial remark that it was totally useless is wrong. Perhaps for YOU it was useless, but that doesn't mean the vid was. I don't use lighting for a dance club, I'm in a touring band, so for my application, it's all about how the beams look, how they move, etc. I've got a mosh pit crowding the stage, so the beams aren't going to even hit the floor. Being rude isn't going to help anyone.
