Woah I have anemia too! lol. I didn't even know until a few months ago when I took a blood test. I was always tired and dizzy but it was because of anemia.

Yeah, it's rough. It runs in my family so I always knew there was a chance but Freshman year when I got Mono and they took the blood test they found out.

I am always anemic and have to take iron pills during that time of the month. Spinich has a lot of iron.
