However there is evidence that extremists were targeting the Government, who he tried to get rid of, who the West then supported and armed for their imperialist agenda, under the guise of protecting civilians, only for NATO to bomb civilians and allow the Al Qaeda linked rebels to take over what was once a prosperous country.

The weapon he lobbed incessantly at Misrata and Zintan was the Grad rocket, an area weapon with zero accuracy. If that is not targeting civilians I don't know what is.
