in american movies the bad guys are always the nazhis or the russians. and the funny thing is that the nazis have got all the good technologie, although russian have developed more and better technoligy in those ages (sputnik e.g.)

Sputnik: developed in the 50s, post Nazis...using both German research and German scientists.
Russian Atomic bomb: developed by stealing from the Americans, who in turn had been (in part) using the research of a few German scientists.
American film: I can name any number of films with villains other than Nazis or Russians, but I think I've already established you as a dullard quite enough.
