I have to actually say,fracktail was one of the hardest bosses.

the three hardest bosses were Count Bleck, Bonechill and fracktail. but the most fun was the second fight with mr.L and his robot in space. But the hardest boss out of all paper mario games was definitely the shadow queen in TTYD.
