Ohh that is so Dean. That is just a perfect song for him(except for the part where he would totally hate it :D ) and it really hits the nail imo. That Dean is totally scared of losing Cas, but he's so easy to take all his anger out on at the same time.

I usually am between be angry at the writers and think that Dean was just too angry and felt helpless, because Cas was far away from him and he can't do anything .. bah ..(is too much to ask that these two are at least happy together ?
