  • My suggestion is to watch the video carefully and follow the set-up procedure as precisely as you can. This routine will help you to get your mind and body ready to hit a golf shot and also greatly improve your consistency. Good luck with it and thanks for commenting.

  • i will have to try this...

  • There's no doubt that that pressures that your upper body exerts against the ground (ground reaction force) when you swing will move through the balls of the feet even if it didn't originate there.

In my experience not every golfer set's up with their pressure centered on the balls of the feet. The key is to begin your stroke from a balanced starting point and to maintain the sense of balance throughout your golf stroke.

I hope it helps to answer your question.

  • I knew i should have watched this one b4 commenting on last, thought that was rope! Question, I have never been able to get the sensation that my weight is on the "balls" of my feet at address, more to my middle and heels really. However I dont have balance issues, if I try to force myself to the "balls" I feel like i will tip forward. Perhaps I find them during my swing? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks again!
