this is a bad example of training, every member of the team should have the courage and trust of themself to shoot the ball at the right direction even if it miss, there should be positive state of mind in each of them. all i can see here is one player who is the one who can actually shoot and one who is trying and two who just boringly passes the ball in slow speed of action. :/
