@br1338 Es gibt eine überarbeitete Version, aber bei den alten Modellen gibt die Tastatur ein wenig nach. Ich habe das Gerät selbst im Einsatz, mich stört es beim Schreiben nicht, sieht halt nicht gut aus, aber stört nicht sonderlich.

MSI has awful service. They respond in Chinese. They don't offer extend warranty after purchase. They don't offer replacement batteries. The answer they gave me was "You should have bought that when you bought the notebook". (that was the babelfish translation from the Chinese.

my toshiba runs on vista and is the best. it restore sessions after the battery dies you just plug in the charger and it remembers the page or program you were on.

i actually used the msi wind netbook and i must say msi has good build quality and good feels to it compared to acer or asus. its the little things.

Vista runs fine.  Snappy and crisp. A Win 7 upgrade is available as well.

dynamism sells this for 899 us, but apple sells refurbished air for 999 us,

msi has 320 gb hd, air has 80 gb hd

but msi 1.4 ghz , air is 1.6 ghz

both have 2 gig ram

its a tough choice

Is this reviewer stupid? Glossy screen is the best! I own several laptops, and non-gloss screen is SO BAD and sucks. Glossy screen have sharper graphics display

for a graphic designer or anyone doing professional work, a matte screen is much better as it allows you to properly see the picture, gloss can get in the way a bit. gloss is fantastic for watching movies though.

As I understand, it may use a rather poor touchpad, but without an official release review, it's hard to say. Obviously this isn't winning any speed contests and the graphics card could be stronger, but if you're buying something like this, it's probably not so important.

lol its not really thin,only ment to look thin by tapering the sides and lid etc,kinda like wot the macbooks do,although they are thinner than any pc laptop it give the illusion of being more thin.

@Jonipepperoni Von den Anschlüssen her keine Frage, nur von der Leistung her nicht so wirklich. Im MSI ist nur ein Single Core Prozessor und Intel GMA grafik drin, im Air ist n Dual Core und ne Nvidia geforce karte, dafür ists aber auch doppelt so teuer O=

Naja ich bin kein Fan von diesen Mini Teilen. Was will ich mit dem Flachsten Notebook der Welt wenn es Leistungsmäßig her suckt? Dann soch lieber n normales Notebook.

Also ich muss sagen, es sieht schon genial aus. Wenn der Preis dann noch stimmt, sicherlich eine gute Alternative zum Apple Macbook Air.

Hat das Touchpad Multitouch?

Objektiv ist es natürlich besser als das MBA im Bezug auf Mobilität. Gerade der auswechselbare Akku und das eingebaute UMTS. Und da man unterwegs meist eh nie sehr viel Rechenleiistung braucht sollte das ja auch ausreichen. Dafür fühlt sich das MBA natürlich viel hochwertiger an. Man merkt halt beim MSI das es billige Plaste ist. Für ein Drittel des Preises aber wohl verschmerzbar :)
