I think we've heard these words from neocon doctrine advocates before and I suggest mr. Fallon studies some historical facts about his region of interest "Persian Gulf" before calling it a-r-a-b-i-a-n to make his Saudi friends happy. Then we'll argue his post-colonial militaristic points of view.
if you truly care for Iran as a Persian, Turk, Arab (Khozistany) or a Baluchi or a Kurd or whatever, just do not over-react to this childish game.
the entire idea is to get Iran and Arab nations of the region in a stupid war so these guys can benefit from the "war business" and the related deals!
and let's not forget: Arabs as well as Iranians share that region of the world anyway!
