To be fair the quality on this is terrible. Steve Austin's singing does bug me alot but I persevere because I think TITD make some great extreme music...but yeah the singing style is often pretty annoying. You should listen them on CD though to properly appreciate them...then again...there's millions of other bands out there, each to their own.

The irony of this style of music is that it comes across so poorly in a crappy recording at such low resolution, with such poor audio. The truth is, that this music is not for everyone, and if you took time to listen to the actual recordings, you would find a lot of depth and talent. The reason people post live recordings is so that people who have seen the band live, can relive a bit of the visceral mass that came crushing down on them when TITD played. I first saw them in 1993-it changed me
