No it's not Bb it's B or in German H-Dur.
There is no Bb in E major.

Es ist ne ganz normale Akkordfolge. Dominante, Subodominate, subdominatenparallele, dominate und wieder von vorne. Nimm zum Beispiel C-F-d-G

Muss aber dazu sagen, das die Akkorde sich oft passen zu denn Liedern anhören, aber wenn man sich die Originalsongs anschaut, dann findet man teilweise die Akkorde nicht in den Songs wieder...
