@kingivanthe3rd There are plenty of skateboarding games that aren't titled Tony Hawk. The "Skate" series for example. There's "Thrasher: Skate or Die" and more. The reason most of the skateboarding games are under the name of Tony Hawk is for one, it's a very long, ongoing series. Tony Hawk is a very well known man. Put a video game with a famous name on it, you've got yourself a best-seller.

THUG was my favorite one, I actually still play it. I beat THUG around 4 or 5 times(something I don't usually do) and THAW I beat around 3 or 4 times. Great memories.

Why did they shy away from this approach? If they see that TH Ride don't work, then why continue with a sequel?

They should go back to there roots with a THUG type of storyline.
