Sounds like my situation, I don't know what to do with it. This girl that dates my boyfriend's friend is chasing after my boyfriend now that I'm with him. She keeps sending him rediculous texts and trying to find reasons to see him. I've spoke to her about it but it continues. My boyfriend ignores her but I'm sick of it. It's been going on for 6 months now. She used to date him before she left him for his friend, but now she won't leave him alone. I don't know what's wrong with women like that!

Women are attention whores. You ladies know what I mean! The reason why women go after married men or men in a relationship, is because women see a facade that might indicate to them that the guy is a Responsible, hard working, down to earth person. Then later they find out that the guy is a jerk or an a-hole! Wait a minute, women love A-holes right?

"What someone else wants" and "what they can't have" are two very different concepts!

The former seems a bit of a non sequitur, as just being married or in a relationship doesn't mean the guy is "more wanted"; after all, some of the biggest losers I see are MARRIED. Sometimes the single ones are the more discriminating!

As for the latter notion; WHY would just "wanting what cannot be had" of such appeal? Especially to low-self-esteem women who don't feel "up" to real "challenges"? Plz expand.

Many of the women who want "taken" men, I believe, are more about "winning" than actually considering the quality of the man they are getting.

One thing I find amazing is that most women are very good at "MAKING love". By that, I mean they excel at making other feelings INTO love, in their minds. I learned long ago that much of the so-called "love" women think they feel for a man is just transmuted from some other feeling.

Thanks for your response and I agree with you that these women want what they can't have. It happened to me and I noticed that her own parents didn't say it was wrong My ex and she said that we were broken up at the time. Well, they were the reason that we broke up. I found out about it and obviously I wouldn't stand for that.

But There seems to be a shortage of Single men, either they are Gay or want to play the field. Statics show that it's like 2 women to every 1 guy, I'm sure the ratio maybe higher by now.

But I don't go after the married or commited men, I was raised Right !

To me it's a waste of time to go after someone's who is taken, why go there ?

I don't like the idea of walking on another woman's territory anyways because I wouldnt want her to do that to me. :)

Women are suckers for married men who sit here and give them a sob story on how their wife ain't doing this and ain't doing that anymore. What they fail to realize is that man that is complaining about that wife, she is getting very well taken care of and what is the mistress getting...dick that's all. Something you can get from a single man.

@hourglas39 I think it would be a hell of a lot smarter to go after a single man "playing the field" than to go after a married man.

After all, the married man who is having an affair - what do you call THAT? Being honorably committed? Hell no! At least the single guy playing the field is admitting he is playing the field.

I'd rather go after the guy who is at least honest about what he is doing, as opposed to living a lie.
