Hello, Thanks for your help , I just want to know something Please i will pay you if its necessary Lol jk , i downloaded an editable Template but when i am gonna add a link to a botton it says In ActionScript 3.0 Code can not be directly in Objects, please select a frame or use the code snippet to apply.?
hi, thanks for your nice vdo. i had a question, at time 8:29 you have another layer call "fill" which you didn't explain....how that came? why that was created or if it comes there automatically after the test? Thanks.
Okay my question is, how do I add a tween to the button roll over states? In other words, I want my roll over effects for my button to happen gradually and smooth, so how would I add this to the button default states (Up, Over, Down, Hit)???????? Any one know?
@Rayrockny Convert each frame (Up, Over and Down) into a new symbol. Open up each symbol in turn and animate your effects there. put stop(); on the last frame if you don't want it to loop. (The Hit frame provides the area for your mouse to click on- anything drawn here wont be seen in the flash)
are you zack from suit life and zack and cody lol

Thanks for the tutorial it made things really clear, but I've been wondering for the longest time, how do you make a button go to another scene?
I've been really frustrated with that, and trying to figure out the ActionScript. And plus my project is due in like a week..

@Rayrockny Yo.
This type of stuff would be different. You'd have to use a movieclip as a button. I might make a tutorial, but for now Google "AS3 Movieclip Button".
