had me hanging on for weeks with non stop reading. it would be totally awesome if they did a series, but i don't think it will happen. the general trend for most animes don't seem to lean towards the kind of graphic violence we would expect to see from the manga

If it were in the early 90's (when censorship wasn't THAT drastic in Japan) it would probably be allowed to be aired. But that obviously wasn't the case.

@Kaowaii I wish they did but the censorship laws of japan in the late 90's canned the planned anime ( they were gonna make it but production got cancelled. Too bad ... its a real loss.)

I really liked this movie but I never got to find out what happens later; I had a feeling that wasn't the only movie to it. i red this manga in Malaysia.but it was discontinued I think,the Malaysian Language translation was terrible, they mispelled all the names coz the conservative censorship thinks the original names promotes Hinduism I guess. But I Love it.
