any conclusion which type of clamp material worked best between these 2?

inconclusive . i need to do some testing on them seperately . the stainless is suprisingly more magnetic . it also seems to be more corrosion resistant. the nickel steel was easier to shape and less springy .

ya m3sca1 was the first one to comment on the 1.0 video and so i did check out the crobb cell. very similar . great minds think alike i guess =p . the crobb looked a bit more difficult to construct , nice work to both of you.

cool-whats the spacing between the plates?

get yourself a cheapo battery drill with variable speed-and use the trigger circuit

the spacing is about 1mm . its not as uniform as i would like , varies by as much as .5mm in places.

the power supply puts out 9amps at 12v . i have no way to measure the gas output yet , hoping to rig up something simple soon.

you do know a simple way to get how much output your cell is producing is by getting a 500ml water bottle. Fill it with water and close the cap, submerge the closed cap in a deep bowl of water, as long as the cap is submerged. Open the cap, now you have a upsidedown bottle with water. Put your pipe of hho on the mouth of the bottle and turn on the cell. Time it and you will how how much ml per min or sec you get.

This should be ovious to most ppl lol
