This song is astoundingly true. So many times we turn to wordly influences to find our make believe joy, when all along Gods love is more than enough for us to experience a love, a joy, a happiness that nothing else can ever compare to. I pray that each of us have a love encounter with Him, daily. That we allow Him and Him alone to fill us with all that He has to offer. And that we embrace it, wholeheartedly. And that in times of suffering we cling to that joy that He has promised us.

Does anyone else think the musical interlude in this song sounds strikingly similar to the one in Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult? I wonder if he did that on purpose since most of the songs on 'A Collision' are about death and/or the ressurrection of God's people when Jesus returns.

This song is so inspiring. I cry when I hear it after not hearing it for awhile, it really touches me and I feel God through this song. David Crowder Band is the best Christian band in my opinion. I can't get enough of their great lyrics, vocals, and powerful music.
