I agree that this is on a private server.

The argument that this is on private because of the action bars is not correct though. On my tank I have all the stuff that I do not use in combat (i.e. food, ect.) on the non visable action bars or in the case of professions, sbellbook. the only thing that is on my action bar that is used outside of combat is my mount. I like having a clear field of view, all my addons line up on the right hand side. so no action bars are even visible there.

As much as I agree with the possibility of achieving the best gear in the game for your class, the whole 10 mounts, 2 being from ZG and 2 being Horde only kind of gives away the fact it is a Private Server. Usually lvl 70s had foods and professions all on their action bars, most people filled up all of them.

Cause as the name says, Private, u dont need to pay for them. But ur encouraged to vote and help out the server (donate). Depending on how many donations server gets, depends on quality of server. Good servers have good donators to pay for better net etc

Copywright law is created as soon as someone makes something, they do not need to register it. The only way to legally create a private server is to get permission from blizzard, I assume you have not, so yes - they could sue you if they thought it would be worth it. Anyone can play a private server, just like anyone can go out and murder someone - if you get caught you are screwed.
